PRAISE JESUS! 60+ repented & were baptized in Huntington Beach last night!! One of the new leaders we’re discipling in Newport (Shane, Zeal Church) baptized 9 people! God is moving for His glory! The worship & evangelism gathering was hosted by our friends / local partners Parker & Jessi Green of Salt Churches.
What’s amazing in all this is seeing the depth of growth in these new disciples we’ve been walking with for the past 6 weeks as they hunger for the Word of God, repent of sin, pray (some of them fasting), gather w one another daily & regularly share the gospel thru their testimony with others! They’re seeing God answer prayers & lives transformed around them. God has multiplied 4th generation new disciples (baptisms) & 2nd generation new churches in the past 6 weeks spreading to 3 cities before last night —and that’s just 1 “stream” from 2 baptisms among 1000+ in past 2 months…and that’s just one of the 9 networks we’re getting to partner with here! He’s moving broadly!
Please please pray! Pray for these new disciples & churches as they grow in Christ & count the cost living our their identity in Him for His glory! Pray for the many in CA who are far from God & in desperate need of the gospel. Pray for churches & believers to be bold in their prayers & proclamation.
